The plan
What Emma earns
Nothing here is saved and nothing is sent anywhere. It is the same set of fields the real editor gives you.
Rate types
Percentage or flat. One-time or every renewal.
The two choices that decide almost everything else about a program.
Percentage
A share of what the customer actually paid, after tax and shipping if you deduct them.
20% of $349.00 = $69.80
Flat
A fixed amount per sale, regardless of order value. Simpler to explain to partners.
$50.00 per sale
One-time
Paid on the first payment only. Set the payment limit to one.
1 payment
Recurring
Paid on every renewal, for as long as you allow. Unlimited payments is the lifetime case.
12 months, then stop
Recurrence is capped two ways, and you can use either or both: a number of payments, or a number of months. Set both to unlimited and the commission follows the subscription for life. There is no separate lifetime switch, because unlimited is the lifetime case.
Step-downs
Business and upStep-downs drop the rate over time. Generous for the first three months to get a partner moving, sustainable after. Each step carries its own rate, type and limit.
Structure
Different partners, different deals
Groups, per-partner overrides, per-product rates, rules that read the order, and two levels of sub-affiliate.
- Business and up
Affiliate groups
Segment partners into groups that drive their plan, their assets, their coupons and their portal.
- Business and up
Per-partner rates
Give one partner 40% and leave everyone else on 20%. An override on the affiliate, not a new plan.
- Business and up
Per-product rates
One rate for the $19 plan and another for the $499 one, inside the same commission plan.
- Business and up
Rules that read the order
Set the rate by order amount, product, coupon used, landing page or statement description.
- Business and up
Milestones
Partners move up a tier automatically when they pass a referral or revenue threshold you set.
- Business and up
Sub-affiliates
Partners recruit partners and earn on their sales. Exactly two levels, with a downline view.
Rules that read the order
Five attributes, each with its own operators. A rule group matches all of its conditions or any of them.

Sub-affiliates, two levels deep
Business and upSub-affiliate commissions run exactly two levels deep: the partner who made the sale, and the partner who recruited them. There is no third level. We would rather say so now than let you find out later.

Non-cash
Pay in store credit, coupons or coins
Not every reward has to leave your bank account.
Non-cash rewards fire on signup or on purchase, cap by how many times they are earned, and calculate flat per purchase or per unit of currency spent.
Store credit
Shopify store credit, Stripe credits or WooCommerce credits, issued when the reward is earned.
Coupons
A discount code issued to the partner instead of cash, minted with its own rules.
Custom credits
Your own unit. Coins, AI credits or points, with a name you choose and caps you set.
“We have tried a lot of different affiliate platforms and this is the only one that is EU VAT compliant, works well and has great support. Do not look any further.”
Alexander KoppersAffiliate Manager, Moov“Super simple to use, and includes everything that an affiliate program needs to end up a success.”

- Recurring commissions and a custom attribution window are on every plan, including Startup. Named commission plans, per-product rates, advanced rules, step-downs, per-partner overrides, groups and sub-affiliates start on Business.
- Affiliate milestones are included from Business and are also part of the Gamify add-on, which is why they carry both marks.
- Referly takes 0% of your sales on every plan, whatever the commission rate.
From a customer
“The team is very proactive in developing it and adding new features. But the customer support? Outstanding. I love the openness and the willingness to help even with little things.”

Yes. Set an override on that affiliate and it wins over the plan. Everyone else stays where they are. On Startup every affiliate shares the program rate; per-partner overrides start on Business.
