Give partners the creative you want used
Six months in, half your affiliates are posting a banner from your 2023 launch. Put the real library in the portal they already log into, scoped to the groups that should see it.
- Six asset types, nested folders
- Asset library on every plan
- Per-group visibility from Business

Six types
More than banners
An asset is whatever a partner needs from you in order to promote properly.
- BANNER
Banners
Promotional images for social and websites, at whatever sizes you supply, with dimensions shown as text.
- COLOR_SCHEME
Colour schemes
Your official brand colours as hex values a partner can copy, rather than eyedropped from a JPEG.
- VIDEO
Video
Product videos and tutorials, embedded from YouTube so nobody re-uploads a cut of your launch film.
- LINK
Links
Pointers to resources that live elsewhere: a press kit, a style guide, a shared drive you actually maintain.
- GENERAL
General files
PDFs and zips for everything that is not one of the above. Downloadable, or view-only if you prefer.
- ACCORDION
Accordion content
Long-form guidance folded into sections: messaging rules, disclosure requirements, what not to say.
Who sees what
Different partners, different creative
Folders nest, assets order, and each one is visible to the groups and individuals you choose.
A creator promoting on TikTok needs different things from a review site. Put each set in its own folder, make it visible to that affiliate group, and everyone opens a library that looks like it was built for them.
My passion is building apps, not marketing them. Referly lets me pass that on to people who love doing it, and share in the success together. The most intuitive affiliate software I've used, and I've used a few.

What a partner outside the group sees
An affiliate outside that group does not see a locked folder. They see a library without it, which is the behaviour you want. On the Startup plan there are no affiliate groups, so every asset is visible to every partner.
Where the media comes from
Five stock libraries, already wired in
For the programs that do not have a designer on call.
The media picker searches all five without leaving Referly, so putting a decent banner in front of your partners does not start with a licensing question.

What the picker is not
It is a picker, not an editor. Referly does not resize, generate or brand-check anything for you. What you upload is what your partners get.
On their side
Download, copy, post
The library sits in the portal beside their links and their stats, which is where they already are.
Partners open the library in the same portal they use for their links, their stats and their payouts, in their own language. There is no second login and no second tool.
Availability
Asset features by plan
The library is on every plan. Showing different creative to different groups is what needs Business.

- The asset library and the ready-made social assets are on every plan, including Startup. Per-group visibility depends on affiliate groups, which start on Business. On Startup, every asset is visible to every partner.
- Embedding an asset directly into a chat message is part of the Engage add-on rather than the library itself.
From a customer
“I spend all day testing out sign up flows and campaigns. I have tried most affiliate platforms out there, but very few are as easy and powerful as Referly. Quick setup and accurate tracking.”

No, and no affiliate platform can. What you can do is make the good version easier to reach than the improvised one, and set out what is and is not acceptable in an accordion asset your partners actually see.
