For courses, memberships and communities
Affiliate Programs for Courses and Communities
Pay per member who actually joins
Your members already recommend you. Connect Stripe, Memberstack or a form on your own site, and start paying them for it.
- Tracks the signup, not just the sale
- Works with the stack you already have
- Pay in cash, credit or free months

One referrals table, five different ways in. The source column is the whole question this page answers.
The problem
Your best members bring three friends each
They do it in a group chat you will never see, and you pay them nothing because you cannot prove it happened.
If you sell a course, membership or community, an affiliate program pays your members and partners a commission for every person who joins through them. Referly tracks the signup wherever it happens, from Stripe, Memberstack, Cal.com, Calendly or a form on your own site, and pays out per member.
Stripe checkout
Memberstack
Cal.com
Calendly- A form you host
One record
A referral
Attributed to the member who sent it.
- A commission
- A payout
The referral happens in a DM
Someone vouches for you in a group chat and no record of it exists.
Four members or forty?
You cannot tell, so the next launch is negotiated on a feeling.
Your platform cannot pay abroad
Which is most of your audience, and all of the admin.
The routes in
It attaches to how you already take money
Six ways in, one program. Each is precise about what counts as a referral and what counts as a sale.
The wizard's Stripe card, connected, with what it reports listed under it.
Memberstack selected in the wizard, with the script verified live.
A Cal.com booking landing in the referrals table as both referral and sale.
Calendly connected through the wizard, reporting booked and paid meetings.
The Universal Forms picker, matching the form on your own page.
The two calls, as the wizard's JavaScript guide gives them to you.
Stripe
Checkout, subscriptions and payment links. A membership billed monthly pays commission on each renewal if that is the rule you set.
- Counts as a referral
- New customer, free trial or first purchase
- Counts as a sale
- Every payment

Memberstack
The signup is recorded when it happens, so you see the members a partner sent before any of them convert.
- Counts as a referral
- Member signup
- Counts as a sale
- The Stripe payment behind it

Cal.com
Coaching calls and paid consultations. The booking is the referral, and if it is paid it is also a sale.
- Counts as a referral
- A booking
- Counts as a sale
- A paid booking

Calendly
The same shape as Cal.com, for the half of this audience already on Calendly.
- Counts as a referral
- A booked meeting
- Counts as a sale
- A paid meeting
Universal Forms
A signup, waitlist or demo request on a form you control becomes a referral. This is the route in when the community sits behind a page you host.
- Counts as a referral
- Any form submission
- Counts as a sale
- Recorded separately
The JavaScript API
Report signups and purchases from your own code when none of the above fits your stack exactly.
- Counts as a referral
- Whatever you call it for
- Counts as a sale
- Whatever you call it for
60-day default cookie window, configurable from a day to a year.
See every integrationThe honest bit
If your platform is not on the list
None of these six is a Referly integration. Saying so is worth more than dodging it, because there are still three ways in and one case where the answer is genuinely no.
CircleNo integration
SkoolNo integration
KajabiNo integration
TeachableNo integration
PodiaNo integration
Mighty NetworksNo integration
A signup page you control
Universal Forms turns any submission into a referral, even when the community itself lives elsewhere.
Stripe underneath
If the platform bills through your own Stripe, connect Stripe and the payments are tracked whatever the front end.
Zapier, Make or the REST API
Report referrals and sales from any app. Webhooks fire back so your own systems can react.
And the case where the answer is no
If your platform bills through its own merchant account, gives you no webhook and no form you control, then Referly cannot see the sale. Neither can anyone else. That case is real and no configuration fixes it.
Three questions
- 01
Do you control the signup or checkout page?
A page you host, even if the community itself lives elsewhere.
- 02
Does it bill through your own Stripe account?
Your Stripe, not the platform's merchant account.
- 03
Can it fire a Zap, a webhook, or an API call?
Zapier, Make, or anything that can send an HTTP request.
Answer the questions and the route in appears here. All four possible answers, including the one where Referly cannot help, are written out below, so you can read them without the widget.
Members as partners
Every member, a link of their own
No application step. The referral widget sits in your member area and hands each member a link, a code and a QR to share.
From Business
The widget as a member sees it, in your member area, with no application step in front of it.
A link and a code
Personal to each member, copied in one tap.
A coupon they can offer
So the discount is part of how they pitch you.
A QR code to share
For a workshop, a slide or a meetup.
One-click email invites
Sent, opened, clicked and converted, all tracked.

Programs paying partners per signup
None of these three sells a course, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. They are here because each one attaches its program to how it already takes money, which is the question this page is about.
“Affiliates drive a serious share of our revenue across three countries. Since we moved to Referly everything runs from one place, tracking has been spot on, and our partners get paid without me chasing spreadsheets.”

“We have been running affiliate programs for over a decade, and ours is one of the biggest parts of how OptimizePress grows. Referly is the first platform where an operation with thousands of partners actually feels manageable, from recruiting new affiliates to tracking every sale they send.”

Pricing
Size the plan to your launch month
A launch is spiky, so the caps matter more here than anywhere else on the site. Startup covers $10,000 a month of affiliate revenue and Business $30,000. Only revenue attributed to an affiliate counts.
FAQ
The questions this audience actually has
The first one is the one most people came for, and it is answered with the honest half first.
14-day free trial · No credit card required · Cancel anytime
There is no Circle integration, so the honest answer is not directly. There are three routes in. If you control the signup page, Universal Forms turns a submission into a referral. If Circle bills through your own Stripe account, connect Stripe and the payments are tracked whatever the front end. And Zapier, Make or the REST API can report referrals and sales from any app. The same three answers apply to Skool, Kajabi, Teachable, Podia and Mighty Networks.
