Imports
ProcessingCompletedReferly imports directly from PartnerStack, using the public and secret keys under Settings, Integrations. Partners, customers and transactions come across. Partner types, tiers, reseller and agency structures, managed-partner workflows and your marketplace listing do not, because there is nothing to import them into. Plan on one to two weeks, and book a call first.
Migration help
Most PartnerStack migrations should not be self-served, and saying so is more useful than pretending otherwise. Bring the shape of your program: how many partner types, whether you run resellers or agencies as well as affiliates, what your managed partners expect, and what you use the marketplace for. Migration itself is free on every plan, and so is the call.
For context on the category's norms: Trackdesk includes migration and implementation assistance from its Business plan at $329 a month. Referly's is free on every plan, and the done-for-you version is part of Enterprise and the agency plans.
Before you start
This is a longer list than the other migrations in this cluster, because PartnerStack is a bigger thing than a tracking tool.
The marketplace and its supply side
PartnerStack's network brings partners to you, and a migration does not bring them with it. Referly has its own marketplace, but it is a separate licence rather than something the move includes, and it is a different network with different people in it. If a meaningful share of your partners came from theirs, price that honestly before you decide.
Partner types and tiers
Affiliate, reseller and agency partner structures have no equivalent object. Referly models this with affiliate groups, commission plans and milestones, which cover a lot of the same ground in a flatter shape. Rebuilding it is the bulk of the one to two weeks.
Managed-partner workflows
Challenges, learning modules, MDF management and the workflow tooling around managed partners do not export and have no import target.
Commission structures
Rebuilt by hand, as on every migration from every tool.
The historic click log
Not importable from any tool. Click and conversion-rate charts start on cutover day.
Partners and their details
Names, emails, payout emails and status, over the Vendor API.
Referral links and codes
The code survives the move; the domain it points at changes.
Customers, sales and commissions
With their original dates, so the history you built on PartnerStack is still the history you report on.
Paid payouts
Sales you import can carry their paid status, so nobody is paid twice. The payout records themselves stay behind.
Unpaid commissions
Import them marked unpaid and pay from Referly, or pay them out of PartnerStack first.
Commission structures are rebuilt by hand on every migration, from every tool, including this one. On PartnerStack that is the smallest item on the list rather than the largest, which is the clearest signal that this migration is different in kind from its siblings.
Plan your move
Since you are going to be on calls anyway, these are the questions worth asking any vendor in this category, including us. PartnerStack publishes no prices and no meters, so the first two are the ones that matter most.
Get every answer in writing.
Step 1
Two keys, one panel. The Vendor API uses them as a Basic auth pair rather than a single bearer token.
The keys give you partners, customers and transactions. They do not give you partner types, tiers, reseller and agency structures, managed-partner workflows or your marketplace listing, because those have no equivalent to import into. That is the real work on this migration and it is why this page recommends a call.

How Referly authenticates
HTTP Basic on the Vendor API: the public key is the username, the secret key is the password.

The migration
The durations here are honest rather than flattering. Step two is days, not minutes, because scoping a network is real work.
~2 hours
List your campaigns, commission rules and open payouts. Decide what happens to commissions accrued but not yet paid.
1 to 3 days
Export affiliates from PartnerStack. Referly's direct PartnerStack importer maps affiliates, their referral links and their commission rates.
1 to 2 days
Recreate your commission plans in Referly, run the import, and swap the tracking script and the payment connection.
1 to 2 weeks overlap
Run both in parallel, compare attributed sales daily, then switch off PartnerStack.

1 to 2 weeks, then 1 to 2 weeks running both tools side by side. PartnerStack is a partner network, not only tracking. Partner types, tiers, reseller and agency structures, managed-partner workflows and the marketplace listing have no equivalent to import into. Book a migration call rather than doing this yourself.
Set up your program
Your program is live
no call bookedPublished pricing, a card, and a signup link you can send today. If your program is large or complicated, a call is available and useful. It is just not the only way in.
What changes about buying
PartnerStack's pricing page publishes no prices and no meters, and every tier's only call to action is booking a demo. Their own line is that pricing depends on program size, feature needs and support level, and is confirmed during the demo. Referly publishes what it costs, and you can have a program live before anyone from sales speaks to you. That does not make the call useless on a migration this size, but it does mean the call is a choice rather than a gate.
Customer stories
The founders and affiliate managers behind three fast-growing programs, in their own words.
“Affiliates drive a serious share of our revenue across three countries. Since we moved to Referly everything runs from one place, tracking has been spot on, and our partners get paid without me chasing spreadsheets.”

“We have been running affiliate programs for over a decade, and ours is one of the biggest parts of how OptimizePress grows. Referly is the first platform where an operation with thousands of partners actually feels manageable, from recruiting new affiliates to tracking every sale they send.”

How the structure maps
There is no direct translation from PartnerStack's partner types, so it is worth seeing what the target shape actually is before you scope the rebuild. Affiliate groups carry their own default commission plan and their own branding. Separate programs handle genuinely separate motions, such as resellers alongside affiliates, with their own rosters and rates. Team members get roles rather than a shared login, and agency accounts sit above all of it if you run programs for other people.
Multiple commission plans, per-affiliate rates, milestones and multi-level commissions are on Business and above. Influencer Discovery is a paid add-on and the marketplace listing is a separate licence, so neither is included in a plan price.
The importer
Worth reading closely on this migration, because the gap between this list and your PartnerStack instance is the scope of the rebuild.
1. Affiliates
First name · Last name · Email · Join date · Affiliate link
2. Referrals
First name · Last name · Email · Affiliate email · Join date · External user ID
3. Sales
Customer email · Customer name · Affiliate email · Transaction amount · Transaction date · Commission · Paid status
Partners first, then customers, then transactions. The order is enforced, because a customer needs its partner and a transaction needs both.

Export a copy of everything before you press it, and on this migration that includes things you will not think of: partner tiers, challenge history, MDF records and whatever lives in your managed-partner workflows. None of it imports, and all of it is context you will want later.
Cancellation runs through your account team rather than a button, which is worth building into the timeline rather than discovering at the end of it.
Give the overlap longer than you would elsewhere. Partner programs at this size have long attribution windows and partners who check in monthly rather than daily, so a week is usually not enough.

One to two weeks, realistically, including the overlap. The import of partners, customers and transactions takes an afternoon. Rebuilding partner types, tiers and managed-partner workflows is the rest, because none of that has an import target.
