Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working. Startup tracks up to $10,000 and Business up to $30,000 in affiliate-driven revenue each month. If you cross your cap mid-month, Referly keeps tracking every click, referral and sale as normal. You will just need to upgrade to the next plan before the following month starts. Upgrading takes effect immediately, so a good month never costs you more than a plan change.

No. There is no fee on the sales your affiliates bring in, on any plan, and that includes agency accounts: neither an agency nor its clients ever pays a percentage of affiliate-driven sales. The only percentage anywhere in Referly is for agencies that choose to bill their own clients through the platform: 5% on Agency, 2.5% on Agency Pro, 1% on Agency Scale, charged on that client billing and nothing else. Agencies that invoice clients off-platform pay only their plan price.

The full plan you picked, with no credit card required. New accounts trial without usage caps. Two qualifiers: accounts created before August 2026 trial with a $500 tracked-revenue and 10-affiliate cap, and yearly plans never trial. They start paid, with 2 months free. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

No. Automated payouts through PayPal and Wise start on Business at $149 a month. On Startup you pay affiliates manually. Referly still calculates every payout for you, and you mark each one paid with an uploaded proof.

It is Referly's cut of the subscriptions you bill your clients through the platform, and it drops as you grow: 5% on Agency ($299/mo), 2.5% on Agency Pro ($599/mo), 1% on Agency Scale ($999/mo). It is charged only on that client billing, never on your clients' sales, and never at all if you invoice your clients outside Referly.

Only the revenue Referly attributes to an affiliate: sales that came in through an affiliate link, a coupon code, or a manual referral, summed over the calendar month. Your total business revenue is irrelevant. If you do $200,000 a month but affiliates drive $8,000 of it, you fit comfortably on the $75 Startup plan.

For the contract, yes. Enterprise has no self-serve checkout, but you will know the price before the call: Enterprise is banded by your monthly affiliate revenue across thirteen published tiers, from $4,788 a year at $100k a month to $107,988 a year at $5M a month. The call is for the contract and your managed migration, not for discovering the number.

Migration is free on every plan. Import your affiliates, customers and sales by CSV, or connect directly to Rewardful, FirstPromoter, Tolt, Tapfiliate, PartnerStack, Trackdesk, Partnero or Dub. On Enterprise, our team runs the whole migration for you.

You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you can export your affiliates, referrals, commissions and payout history to CSV at any time before that. Every plan includes data export. Nothing is charged after you cancel, and you can ask us to delete your account data entirely.
