Yes. Creating an account, browsing programs, applying and using your links and codes are all free. Referly bills the businesses running the programs, not you. One exception: if a program pays through Referly Payouts and your bank is outside the US, EU or UK, a 1% currency-conversion fee applies to that transfer.

Each program sets its own schedule and holding period, anywhere from NET 0 to NET 60, and pays by PayPal, Wise or bank transfer. You choose the method and currency in your settings. Every batch shows up in your Payouts tab with the rewards it covers.

Some programs must collect a tax form before they can pay you: a W-9 if you are a US person, a W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E if you are not. You complete it once per program inside the portal. Your tax ID is encrypted with AES-256 and the program only sees the last four digits.

The commission on that sale reverses and comes off the balance it was counted in. You see it on the reward row, so nothing is paid out against a sale that came back.

The default cookie window is 60 days. Programs can set a longer or shorter one, and whatever a specific program uses is stated on its page. Coupon-code sales are attributed to you regardless of the cookie.

That is the point of the account. Programs are matched to you by email, so joining a second or a twentieth adds it to the same dashboard, with the same payout profile and tax forms behind it.
