For creator programs
Influencer Affiliate Programs
Pay creators for sales, not posts
Every creator gets their own link and coupon code. You see the revenue each one drives, and pay them per sale in their own currency.
- No fee for a post that sells nothing
- Revenue and orders attributed per creator
- Paid worldwide by PayPal, Wise or bank

Sorted by revenue. In this program the top earner has the second-smallest audience on the list and the biggest audience is last, which is the whole reason to rank creators by what they sell.
The problem
You paid for the post. Did it sell anything?
A flat fee clears whether the post sold out or sold nothing, and nothing in your account can tell you which.
An influencer affiliate program pays creators a commission on the sales they bring instead of a flat fee per post. Referly gives every creator a personal link and coupon code, records the clicks and orders each one produces, and pays them by PayPal, Wise or managed payout in their own currency.
A flat fee
Four steps, and no answer at the end
The last box never fills in. You can read the comments and guess, and that is the whole reporting layer.
A commission
Five steps, and every one of them recorded
Clicks, orders and commission all land against one creator's name, so afterwards you know exactly which post sold.
Spent before you know it worked
The invoice clears whether the post sold out or sold nothing.
Audience size is not a conversion rate
A 200K following that never buys costs the same as one that does.
You can only reach your own inbox
A list of people who found you, not of people who sell.
How you pay them
A link, a code, and a number beside their name
Six controls, all in the product. Set them once and the roster runs itself.

Getting them paid
Creator payouts, in one batch
Forty creators in nine countries is the part that quietly eats a Friday. Five rails, with the fees on the label.
PayPal
Batch payouts to their own PayPal. Failures surface per row with the reason, and retry.
Wise
Wise balance or Wise bank transfer, where PayPal coverage or fees are worse.
Direct bank
Mark as paid against your own transfer. Proof is required before the payout closes.
Referly Payouts
One charge to you, and we pay every creator worldwide. They need no PayPal or Wise account.
5% bank and ACH · 8% card
Credits and coupons
Store credit, a coupon, or a unit you define, for creators who would rather have product.
One batch, four currencies, the fee previewed before you send it. The failed row is real: it surfaces its reason and its retry rather than disappearing.

Try it with your numbers
What one creator is worth on commission
The same arithmetic Discovery uses, with your assumptions rather than ours. Nothing here claims what creators typically achieve.
One creator, one month
Discovery shows a creator's own average where they have one. This is your assumption.
For comparison. A sponsored post, paid whether it sells or not.
Revenue they drive
$9,274
101 orders at $92.
The creator earns
$1,391
15% of what they sold. Nothing if they sell nothing.
You keep
$7,883
Before your own cost of goods. This is revenue net of commission only.
At $1,500 the same post costs $15 per order whether it sells or not. At this volume commission is the cheaper of the two. The flat fee only wins once they push past 4,529 clicks.
The point is not that one always wins. It is that with a commission you know which it was, afterwards, per creator.

FAQ
Before you move creators onto commission
The eight questions brands ask us, answered with the numbers in the first sentence.

You do not pay them for posting, so a creator who disappears costs you nothing. That is the structural difference from a flat fee. If you want to reward the first post anyway, a signing bonus pays a fixed amount on acceptance, and milestones level a creator up once they cross a referral or revenue threshold.
