Gamification
Wake up the ninety percent who never sell
Most programs are carried by a handful of partners while everyone else signs up and goes quiet. A leaderboard they can see, a contest with a deadline, and a bonus at the tenth referral.

Leaderboards
A ranking your partners can see
Five ways to rank them, and a public URL if you want the whole thing out in the open.
Referrals
How many customers they brought, regardless of value.
Revenue
What those customers actually spent with you.
Sales amount
The number of sales, counted even where revenue was zero.
Earnings
What the partner made, which is what they care about.
Conversion rate
Click-to-sale or referral-to-sale, so a small careful audience can win.
Rank the whole program or one affiliate group, show it in the portal, publish it at its own public URL, or put it on the dashboard home. You can also hide the participants' details while keeping the ranking visible, which is the usual compromise.
Leaderboards are on every plan, including Startup. They are not part of the add-on.
Contests
A prize, a deadline, and a reason to start today
The same five criteria, bounded by dates, with prizes for the places you choose.
A leaderboard tells a partner where they stand. A contest tells them what happens if they move, and by when, which is the part that produces action.
Prizes per place
Cash or non-cash, defined per rank, so first and third can win different things.
Winner frequency
At the end, or daily, weekly, monthly or yearly for a contest that keeps running.
Who is in it
Everyone, or specific affiliate groups, with targeting filters on top.
What they see
Show it in the portal, publish it, hide participants, or show it to partners who do not qualify yet.
Performance bonuses
Hit ten referrals, earn a hundred dollars
A threshold, an amount, and a window. The simplest lever on this page and usually the most effective.
Scope
New activity in a window, or lifetime totals, so you can reward a push or a career.
Activity
Referrals, revenue or conversions. Pick the one you actually want more of.
Audience
Everyone, specific affiliates, or affiliate groups.
Window
A start and end date, so a bonus is an event rather than a permanent cost.

- Agency Scale

The number of bonuses you can run at once is a plan limit rather than a switch, and the Gamify add-on lifts it to unlimited on any plan.
Milestones
They level up without you noticing
Tiers a partner crosses automatically when they pass a referral or revenue threshold you set.
Each tier has a name, an emoji and a commission rate, and a partner moves into it the moment they qualify. The progress bar in their portal does the rest: a partner who can see they are two referrals from 25% behaves differently from one who cannot.
Milestones are included from the Business plan and are also part of the Gamify add-on, which is why they carry both marks in the table below.
Your tier
38 of 60 referrals
- Starter15%
- Rising20%
- Partner25%
- Elite30%
22 more referrals and your rate becomes 25%.

Content rewards
Pay creators per post, or per view
A budget, a rate and a submission queue, for partners who make content rather than send links.
Set a campaign budget and what a post is worth, either a flat amount or a rate per view. Creators submit a link to what they published, you approve or reject it, and approved submissions draw down the budget. View and like counts sync automatically for the platforms that expose them.

โMy passion is building apps, not marketing them. Referly lets me pass that on to people who love doing it, and share in the success together. The most intuitive affiliate software I've used, and I've used a few.โ

We do not publish a number for that, because we do not have one worth quoting. What we can say is what it does: it makes standing visible, gives a deadline where there was none, and pays at a threshold. Whether that moves your partners is a question your own program answers.
