Migrate from Tolt

Referly takes 0% of your sales, your affiliate revenue and your commission volume, on every plan, and connecting your own PayPal or Wise adds nothing on top. There is one percentage in the product and it is opt-in: Referly Payouts, the managed rail, which is 5% for bank transfers and 8% for cards. If you would rather not use it, you never touch it.

• PayPal, Wise, bank transfer, store credit or discount codes as the payout method
• Proof-backed manual payouts, with an undo, if you would rather pay by hand
• Batches on a daily, weekly or monthly schedule with a minimum threshold

Automated payout batches are on Business and above. Startup pays out manually, which is the same place Tolt Basic leaves you, and neither charges a percentage for it.

Tolt gates W-9 and W-8 collection and 1099 filing to Growth and above, alongside the automated payouts. Referly's tax forms are in-house: it suggests the right form from the affiliate's country and payout type, collects it in their own portal, stores the tax ID encrypted and gates who is allowed to reveal it.

Tax forms and EU-compliant invoicing are on Business and above, not on Startup. Worth checking against the plan you are moving to rather than assuming it comes with the migration.

Every import is a job with a record of what it created. If the mapping was wrong, or you pulled the wrong program, delete the job and tick the box that removes the records it made: the affiliates, referrals, sales, links and clicks from that run and nothing else. Your program goes back to where it was. Nobody else in this category publishes this, and it is the single most useful thing to know before your first import.
