What happens after I buy?

Checkout takes you straight to your activation page, and we email you the same activation link. Sign in to Referly Atlas or create your account, and the lifetime license is applied to it. Then connect your store and your ad platforms. There's no deadline: you can activate it whenever you're ready.

Is it really lifetime?

Yes. You pay once and never pay a monthly or yearly fee for Atlas again. Your license lasts for the lifetime of Referly Atlas and includes every future update we ship to the plan your tier maps to.

What does "Starter, Growth or Scale plan updates" mean?

Each tier maps to an Atlas plan: Tier 1 to Starter, Tier 2 to Growth, and Tier 3 and Tier 4 to Scale. You get that plan's features today and every feature we add to it later, with your tier's own limits for stores, tracked revenue, ad accounts, team seats and data retention. If a plan is renamed, your tier follows it.

What if I pass my monthly tracked revenue limit?

Tracking never stops. The revenue limit is a soft cap: Atlas keeps tracking every order and sending it to your ad platforms. If you stay above it month after month, we'll get in touch about a bigger tier.

How does the 90-day money-back guarantee work?

In the first 7 days you get a full refund for any reason, no questions asked. From day 8 to day 90, you get a full refund if Atlas didn't lift your ROAS by 20%, as long as Atlas tracked your store and at least one ad platform for 30 days in a row, your ad accounts spent at least $1,000 in that time, and they had spend and conversions in the 30 days before you installed Atlas to compare against. Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?

Yes, while the deal is live. Sign in with the account that holds your license, pick a higher tier on this page and you pay only the difference between your tier and the new one at checkout. The upgrade applies to your account straight away, and it doesn't use up one of the lifetime spots. Downgrades aren't available.

I'm already on an Atlas trial or plan. What happens to it?

It's cancelled when you activate your lifetime license, so you are never billed twice. Your setup and your data carry over.

Why is the price going up?

Referly customers and subscribers get first access at the insider price from Friday, October 23 at 17:00 (Famagusta time). On Wednesday, October 28 at 17:00 the deal opens to everyone and every tier goes up by $100. Whichever price you pay, it's the last time you pay for Atlas.

I have a partner code. How do I redeem it?

Go to referly.so/atlas/ltd/redeem, sign in or create your Atlas account, and enter the code. The tier it carries is applied straight away, and a code for a higher tier upgrades a license you already hold. Licenses bought through a partner follow that partner's refund policy.

Do I need a Referly affiliate plan?

No. Atlas is its own product with its own billing. You don't need a Referly affiliate plan to use it, and buying the lifetime deal doesn't change one if you have it.

What is Referly Atlas?

Ad tracking for online stores and subscription businesses. Atlas tracks every order, lead and trial first-party, matches it to the ad behind it and sends it server-side to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and 7 more platforms, so their algorithms optimize on all of your sales instead of the ones the browser pixel caught.

Which stores and ad platforms does it support?

Any store: a Shopify app, a WooCommerce plugin, and a script for any other site. Conversions can also come from Stripe, Paddle, Chargebee, Creem, Polar, Ecwid, Sharetribe, Zapier, Make or the REST API. Events go to 10 destinations: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Microsoft, X, Reddit, Taboola and Klaviyo.

Does Atlas replace the Meta pixel or the Conversions API?

No. Keep your pixel. Atlas sends the same events to the Conversions API from our servers, carrying the same event id the pixel sends, so Meta counts each purchase once and fills in the ones the browser missed. Google Ads is the one platform Atlas fires in the browser, automatically, through the same script.

Does it work with ad blockers and iOS?

Yes. Events leave from our servers, not the visitor's browser, so ad blockers and browser limits cannot drop them. Atlas matches a sale to the visit that brought it by cookie, email, phone, customer id or fingerprint, and that match holds across devices. Someone who clicks on their phone and buys on their laptop still reports as one conversion.

Do I need a developer?

No. The Shopify app and the WooCommerce plugin install from your store admin, and on any other site the script is one tag to paste. Adding a pixel is choosing the platform and pasting its id. If you would rather not do it alone, you can book an integration call with our team.
