Merge Affiliate Imports
You can now import multiple referral links and promo codes for the same affiliate by merging duplicate rows during import.

What's new
Previously, if your CSV contained multiple rows for the same affiliate (e.g. different referral links or promo codes), or if the affiliate already existed in your program, those rows would be skipped. Now you have a choice.
When duplicate affiliates are detected — either within your CSV file or against existing affiliates in your program — a new Duplicate Affiliates section appears with two options:
Skip Duplicates
Duplicate rows will be ignored. Only new affiliates will be created. This is the previous default behavior.
Merge Duplicates
A new link and/or promo code will be created under the existing affiliate. This means you can:
- Import multiple referral links for the same affiliate across different rows
- Import multiple promo codes for the same affiliate
- Add new links and codes to affiliates who are already in your program
When merging, if a referral link slug from the CSV is already taken by another affiliate, a unique suffix is automatically appended. If the affiliate already owns that link, it's reused instead of creating a duplicate.
Use cases
- You have affiliates who promote across multiple channels and need separate tracking links for each
- You're migrating from another platform and need to preserve multiple promo codes per affiliate
- You want to add new referral links to existing affiliates in bulk without re-creating their accounts
How to use it
- Start a new affiliate import and upload your CSV
- Map your fields (including referral links and/or promo codes)
- When duplicates are detected, choose Merge Duplicates
- Complete the import — new links and promo codes will be added to existing affiliates
