You can now collect tax forms from your affiliates right inside Referly. No more chasing PDFs over email or tracking spreadsheets.
Referly figures out which form each affiliate needs based on their country and payout thresholds, then prompts them to fill it out. We show a short explainer first, so affiliates know exactly what's required and why.
Affiliates complete and e-sign forms without leaving the portal. It works across 15 locales.
Here's what's covered:
- W-9 for US-based affiliates.
- W-8BEN for individuals outside the US.
- W-8BEN-E for foreign entities.
- TINs stored AES-256 encrypted, with audited reveals.
- Official IRS PDF downloads for both admins and affiliates.
On the admin side, you'll see tax form status per affiliate on the payouts page, plus a one-click PDF download.
