Refund status on transactions
You can now see at a glance when a sale has been refunded.
Transactions have a dedicated refund status, shown right in the transactions table. Refunds are where affiliate accounting quietly goes wrong: a sale that gets refunded but keeps looking like revenue leads to commissions paid on money you returned. The state needed to be visible exactly where you review transactions.
Here's what you get:
- A clear "Refunded" badge on any transaction that's been refunded — no more guessing whether a sale still counts.
- Refund state tracked through the API, so integrations and your own reporting see the same truth as the dashboard.
- A truer picture of revenue and commissions, because refunded sales are visibly separated from the earnings that stand.
Review commissions with the refund column in view before approving a payout batch, and the "paid commission on a refunded order" class of mistake disappears.
