Payout email notifications

You can now get an email the moment a payout succeeds or fails. No more checking the dashboard to confirm a transfer went through.

Payouts are the one part of an affiliate program where silence is not fine. A transfer that failed quietly meant an affiliate waiting on money you believed had been sent — and you only found out when they asked. The gap between "batch triggered" and "money actually landed" needed to close.

We added two new admin notification emails:

  • Payout paid confirms the transfer completed, with the payout details, so you can archive it and move on.
  • Payout failed flags the issue and includes next steps to fix it, so the retry happens the same day instead of after the affiliate chases you.

Both send automatically — nothing to configure — so you always know where a payout stands without keeping a dashboard tab open.

Together with the detailed PayPal error reporting in the dashboard, the loop is now closed end to end: you're told when a payout fails, told why, and can retry it from the same screen.
