Multi-click attribution
You can now track every click a visitor makes on a referral link, not just the first one.
Previously, we only recorded a single click per visitor. That kept counts tidy but hid real behavior: buyers rarely convert on first touch. They click an affiliate's link, browse, leave, come back through the same link days later, and buy. Counting only the first touch understated how hard that link actually worked.
Now the tracker captures repeat clicks across separate sessions. That means:
- A more accurate count of how many times a link was used before a conversion.
- Better visibility into an affiliate's real reach — the difference between "100 clicks" and "100 visitors who kept coming back" matters when you're deciding who your top partners are.
- Multi-click stats surfaced directly in the affiliate dashboard, so partners see the same picture you do.
Affiliates get the full story of their traffic, and you get cleaner attribution data to base commission and recruitment decisions on. Existing attribution rules don't change — conversions still credit the way your program is configured; you simply stop losing the click history that led there.
