Agency white label improvements
You can now keep your agency branding consistent across the entire platform, not just the dashboard.
White-labeling used to stop at the surface. The dashboard looked like yours, but the moment the platform sent an email or walked a client through a setup flow, Referly's branding leaked back in — which is exactly the moment a client is paying attention. For an agency selling affiliate management as its own service, those gaps undermined the whole point of white label.
We closed the gaps. Emails, reports, and setup flows now all respect your branding end to end.
Here's what changed:
- Admin notification emails and weekly reports now use agency branding — the sender identity your clients see matches the brand they hired.
- Setup flows stay on-brand from start to finish, so onboarding a new client program never breaks the illusion.
- Short-link settings, integrations, and the program switcher stay within the agency context instead of surfacing Referly's own chrome.
Nothing to migrate and nothing to reconfigure: if you already run programs under an agency workspace, the new branding coverage applies automatically. If you spot a surface that still shows the wrong brand, tell us — the goal is that your clients never see ours.
