Affiliate onboarding status
You can now see exactly where each affiliate is in your setup flow. We added a dedicated Onboarding status that shows up while affiliates finish getting started.
Before this, an affiliate who had signed up but not finished setup looked identical to a fully active one. That made it hard to answer basic operational questions: who joined this week but stalled? Who should get a nudge before they go cold? The affiliates most likely to need help were the hardest ones to find.
The new status appears everywhere your other statuses do, right alongside Active, Banned, and Deactivated, so it slots into the workflows you already have:
- See the Onboarding badge in the affiliates table at a glance.
- Filter your list by Onboarding status to spot who still needs to finish setup — the exact list to target with a welcome nudge or a check-in.
- Check the status in the affiliate detail sidebar when you open any individual profile.
Once an affiliate completes setup, their status moves on automatically; there's nothing for you to update by hand. Open any affiliate to see their current status at the top of the sidebar.
