  1. Open the MCP config

    In Windsurf, open Settings, Cascade, MCP Servers, and choose Add custom server. It opens mcp_config.json.

  2. Paste the block

    Add the server under mcpServers using mcp-remote, as below, and save.

  3. Refresh and sign in

    Click Refresh in the MCP panel. A browser window opens for the Referly sign-in the first time Cascade uses a tool.
