Overview is the first page of Referly Atlas and the one you will open most. It shows what your stores earned in the selected date range, how that compares with the period before, which conversions came in, and whether events are reaching your ad platforms. Open it from Overview in the left sidebar. Every number on the page follows the date range control in the top right. Date ranges and comparison lists the presets and explains how the comparison period is chosen.

Pick a store

The store picker sits at the top left of the page, in front of the title. Choose All stores to see the whole business, or pick one store to see that store on its own. With All stores selected the subtitle reads Business overview with the number of stores; with one store it reads Store overview and the store’s status badge appears next to its name. Atlas Overview for a business with all stores selected, showing the stores that need attention and the revenue, orders and average order value cards When a business has many stores, a Find a store box at the top of the picker lets you type a name instead of scrolling. Store overview of a SaaS business with the Running badge, the Revenue, Sales and Average order value cards, the Conversions tiles and the Recent sales table Businesses and stores explains how businesses and stores fit together and how to switch between businesses.

Stores that need attention

With All stores selected, a card at the top lists every store that is not running: stores with setup to finish, paused stores, stores under review, disconnected stores and stores still waiting for their first order. The card is titled with the count, for example 3 stores need attention, and reads “Finish the setup or reconnect them to keep sending events.” Each row shows the store and its status badge. The stores need attention card listing paused, reviewing, disconnected, awaiting data and draft stores When the business has a single store that is not running yet, the same card points at it. Overview of a business whose only store is Pending connection With one store selected, the card is replaced by a banner for that store’s status: Waiting for your first order, This store is paused, Finish the setup, Shopify connection required or Connection lost (with a Connect now button that reopens the store wizard), We’re reviewing your store or This store is disabled. Connection required banner on the Overview of a draft store, with the Connect now button What each status means, and how to get a store back to Running, is in Store statuses.

Revenue, orders and average order value

Three cards show the money side of the selected range: Each card has a chart for the range, with the previous period drawn behind it as a dashed gray line, and a badge with the change against that period. Hover the badge to see which dates it compares, for example “Compared with Sep 1 to Sep 8, the same dates last month.” When there is nothing to compare, the card says so under the value, such as “No revenue in the previous period”. Revenue, Orders and Average order value cards with charts and the previous period line Refunded and cancelled orders are left out, partial refunds are netted, and orders placed while test mode is on never count.

Conversions

The Conversions section has one tile per conversion type: Leads, Sign ups, Trials started and Subscriptions. Each tile shows the count for the range, a sparkline with the previous period behind it, and the total value sent with those conversions (“in value”) when there is one. Each tile also carries a short note on where that conversion comes from, for example “Trials started, from your billing platform or your site.” Conversions section with Leads and Sign ups tiles and the By campaign link By campaign on the right opens Reporting, where the same conversions are split by campaign, ad set and ad. For a SaaS or lead generation business with no orders yet, the Conversions tiles come first and the money cards sit below them. Conversions tiles on the Overview of a SaaS store Conversions explains how to send leads, sign ups, trials and subscriptions to Atlas.

Recent orders and the Match column

The ledger at the bottom of the page lists the latest orders and conversions. It has two tabs, Orders (or Sales) and Conversions, and is titled Recent orders, Recent sales or Recent conversions to match. With All stores selected a Store column is added. Recent orders table with Order, Store, Date, Customer, Total and Attribution columns The Match column is the quickest way to see whether your tracking is doing its job. Atlas can tie an order to a visit through a cart attribute, a cart token, the visitor cookie, an email address or phone number, a Shopify or Stripe customer, a customer id or a fingerprint. An order with No match arrived without any of these, so it cannot be attributed to a campaign. Every match type is described in Match types, and How it works explains the matching itself.

Tracking health

On the right, the Tracking health card gives four numbers for the range: Tracking health card with Events sent, Delivery success, Matched orders and New customers Each number is a shortcut. Events sent opens Live activity filtered on sent deliveries, Delivery success opens it filtered on failed deliveries, and Matched orders and New customers open Reporting. A delivery success well below 100% means a destination is rejecting events. Open the failed deliveries and read the platform’s response; Troubleshooting covers the usual causes.

Recent deliveries and the impact card

Recent deliveries shows the last five deliveries to your destinations with their status (Sent, Failed, Retrying or Test), so you can tell at a glance whether events are flowing right now. Open Live activity for the full feed. Below it, Referly Atlas impact shows what Atlas adds beyond a browser pixel: Tracking health, Recent deliveries and Referly Atlas impact cards on the Overview page Spend comes from your ad accounts, so the card stays empty until you connect an ad account in Ad center. Until then it reads “Connect an ad account in Ad center to compare.”
