Influencer Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Referly ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information about influencers, affiliates, and creators ("you") who use the influencer hub at influencers.referly.so or participate in affiliate programs run on the Referly platform. It supplements our general Privacy Policy and the Influencer Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, profile photo, and the content categories you select.
• Social accounts — handles, profile URLs, and, when you connect an account, platform-provided metrics such as follower counts and engagement rates.
• Payout information — payout email, payment method, bank or Wise recipient details, and invoicing/tax details you provide.
• Performance data — clicks, referrals, sales, commissions, and payouts attributed to your affiliate links across the programs you belong to.
• Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and cookies used for authentication, security, and analytics.

2. How we use it

• to operate your influencer account, including aggregating your programs, earnings, messages, and notifications in one place;
• to attribute referrals, calculate commissions, and process payouts (including via payment providers such as PayPal, Wise, and Stripe);
• to detect and prevent fraud, such as self-referrals;
• to communicate with you about programs, payouts, and platform updates; and
• to comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share it

• With Merchants — the businesses whose programs you join see your profile information, social accounts, and your performance in their program, so they can manage it and pay you.
• With service providers — payment processors, hosting, analytics, and messaging providers that help us run the platform, bound by contractual confidentiality.
• For legal reasons — where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Referly, Merchants, or others.
• We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legitimate business purposes (such as payout records and fraud prevention) or to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise most of these directly in your influencer settings, or by contacting us. If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

6. International transfers

We may process your information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for those transfers.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the platform or by email.
